Cancellation Policy

The following rules apply in case of cancellations:

There is a non refundable amount of 5% of total booking on any cancellation.

This is to cover any service charges, processing fees any other charges.

20% of the total charge is required to confirm the booking. The balance you pay at the villa upon check-in.

Cancellation up to 25 days before arrival date, 20% booking charges.
20 days to to 10 days to arrival date 50% of the booking total.
10 days to 00 days to arrival date 100% of the booking total.
under stay, no show 100% of the booking total.

Refund policy:

Should you have to cancel your reservation before the penalty dates mentioned above? Your credit card will be refund in full excluding the 5 % non refundable deposit.

If you have paid by bank transfer then the full refund (excluding the 5 % non refundable deposit) will incur a small bank charge for the transaction.
