Unless stated otherwise, bookings made through this site are on a demand basis. Once your request has been made the local partner will check availability and will then inform you of the status of your booking request within the first 24 hours. Travellers will then have 48 hours to secure the booking with their credit card details. Please note that your booking will only be confirmed once a deposit has been received.
Hotels with instant booking normally take a small deposit about 15% to confirm the booking. The balance you will at the hotel when you check in.
For some hotels it is sufficient to pay a deposit to confirm the booking. Whilst other hotels require you have to pay 100% of the total booking amount to confirm the booking.
Failure to pay the outstanding balance will be considered as notification of cancellation by default and is subject to the cancellation policy.
Confirmed bookings may be cancelled by the traveller but the stipulated cancellation policy for that booking item will apply.
To cancel a booking go to your booking page and press the cancel requested. A booking will only be considered cancelled upon written acknowledgement from the local operator. Should the policy be unclear, please contact the operator before securing your booking. The cancellation policy of the hotel concern applies, this policy can be seen at booking time and at payment time.
Refunds are based on the hotel payment and cancellation policies and will only be paid to the credit card account from which the fund was originally debited. If you have paid by bank transfer there will be a small bank charge for the transaction.
